One person has been charged with second-degree murder in the recent death of a 42-year-old woman from Moose Jaw. Tiffany Ellert, who was last seen by her friends and family during the evening of Dec. 9, was reported to the police as missing on Dec. 14, according to the Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS). On Thursday, the MJPS responded to a call at a residence on South Hill, where she was found dead. The MJPS immediately deemed the death suspicious. Through an investigation, police arrested 56-year-old Todd Donaldson in connection with her death. He was charged with second degree murder and made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Friday. The investigation is continuing, according to police. The MJPS say Ellert’s next of kin have been notified.
