LOCATIONS: PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN INCLUDING SOUTHWESTERN MANITOBA, EXTENDING FROM THE EAST OF KINDERSLEY, SOUTHEAST THROUGH REGINA, AND TO THE US BORDER SOUTHEAST OF ESTEVAN INTO SOUTHWESTERN MANITOBA. FREEZING RAIN DURATION: BEGINNING EARLY TUESDAY MORNING UNTIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON. REMARKS: A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FROM ALBERTA WILL BRING A LARGE SWATH OF FREEZING RAIN TO PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN BEGINNING TUESDAY MORNING AND IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
