TOTAL SNOWFALL: 10 TO 20 CM, WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. MAXIMUM WIND GUSTS: NORTH TO NORTHEASTERLY 70 TO 90 KM/H. TIMING: ENDING BY THURSDAY MORNING.
