LOCATION: SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TIMING: ONGOING INTO THE WEEKEND REMARKS: A COLD AND WINDY AIR MASS HAS MOVED INTO SASKATCHEWAN, BRINGING FALLING TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILL VALUES DROPPING INTO THE -40 TO -45 RANGE. WIND CHILL VALUES MAY IMPROVE SLIGHTLY DURING DAYTIME HOURS, BUT ARE EXPECTED TO DROP BACK BELOW -40 EACH NIGHT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL NIGHTS.
